Boat of the Year Series Entry Form

In order to be scored all boats wishing to participate in the Series for Boat of the Year must submit this form prior the second regatta of the series.

By submitting this form I hereby attest that as skipper I am solely responsible for the decision to participate in the designated events. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless West Florida PHRF, Inc., it’s members and directors for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of my decision to participate. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions for participation as set forth in the Notice of Series. I attest that the vessel has a current and valid WFPHRF Rating Certificate and that I have not modified the boat in any way that would invalidate that rating. I agree to abide by the WFPHRF Class Rules in their entirety.
